Step 8 - Make a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to all of them.
Step 9 - Make amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
Num 5:6
"Tell the Israelites: If you do something wrong to another person, you have been unfaithful to the LORD. When you realize your guilt,Num 5:7 you must confess your sin, pay in full for what you did wrong, add one-fifth to it, and give it to the person who was wronged.
Num 5:8 But there may be no heir to whom the payment can be made. In that case, the payment for what you did wrong must be given to the LORD for the priest to use. This payment is in addition to the ram which makes peace with the LORD.

Mat 5:23
"So if you are offering your gift at the altar and remember there that another believer has something against you,Mat 5:24
leave your gift at the altar. First go away and make peace with that person. Then come back and offer your gift.----
Luk 19:7
